We're building Jetpac because travel should be more fun. We are frustrated with what's available today. The tools that help you dream about and plan trips shouldn't put you off traveling. The technology shouldn't get in the way, it's not all about logistics, and it shouldn't be just about what travel companies want to sell you. People get inspired to travel through stories from people they trust, photos of where they've been, and a list of places they can't wait to visit.

When you login with Facebook, and give permission, we look at the information your friends have shared with you about their photos and travels.

This Privacy Policy outlines Jetpac's treatment of any personal information we collect when you are using the Jetpac pre-launch site and using related Jetpac services. Once we launch and our application functionality expands we will provide a similar, but expanded Privacy Policy detailing any new treatment of any personal information we may be collecting through that application.
The pre-launch site is designed to help train our location algorithms as we prepare to launch our full service. When you connect with Facebook connect and authorize the Jetpac application, we securely connect to the Facebook API and collect and analyze photos from Facebook. We securely store metadata from Facebook, but do not store any image content locally. Jetpac will only give you access to see friends and photos which you are authorized to see through your relationships on Facebook and your friends' Facebook permission settings.
When you share a link to Jetpac you are only sharing a link to the overall application and not a link to any information that is specific to you. We do associate your sharing with a unique id that is connected to your account on Jetpac. This lets us personalize the invite when you're friends follow the invite link back from Facebook and Twitter. In the future we may use this unique id to make friend recommendations or surface relevant public content & activity in the application.
We will never disclose, share or sell your information outside Jetpac except as provided by the Share to Facebook and Share to Twitter features.
You can always review or remove Jetpac permissions on Facebook by visiting the third-party applications pages on those respective sites.
